Network Surveys

Get data on how your members think you can support them better - and how you compare to other networks!

With support from the world-acclaimed IDRC Evaluation Unit (the folks that invented Outcome Mapping), and iScale, Keystone offers Comparative Member Feedback Surveys to collects independent feedback from network members to drive learning and improvement.

Done in 2009 and late 2011/2012, iScale and Keystone brought together a group of similar international networks, and then administered the same carefully designed questionnaire to all of their  members.

"The Keystone survey gave us a very comprehensive, concise, overview of our strengths and weaknesses in a wide variety of networking activities. The detailed comparison with other similar networks is invaluable and impossible to attain in a stand-alone survey" John Cockburn, Co-Director, PEP                     Research Network

Each network received a unique report, comparing its performance to sector benchmarks. The comparison allows networks to identify specific strengths and areas for improvement.

Keystone and iScale guarantee independence, confidentiality, a consultative process and comparative data.

APC took part in the 2012 survey and have published their report. They have kindly permitted us to publish it here, and is an example of what participating organisations receive. To read their report, please click here.
