  1. Global Knowledge Partnership Evaluation. 2007
The Global Knowledge Partnership (GKP) is a global action network committed to harnessing the potential of information and communication technologies for development (ICT4D).

In 2007, Keystone and its partner iScale were commissioned to conduct an evaluation of GKP's third Global Knowledge Conference (GK3) and its network.

The evaluation used constituent surveys and interviews to:

     -  Assess the vibrancy of the GKP network
      -  Gather stakeholder perceptions about GKP’s contribution to the field of ICT4D
     -  Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of GKP’s internal governance and structure

  2. The Rural Enterprise Development Initiative. 2007
The Old Mutual Foundation - one of the largest corporate foundations in South Africa- contracted Keystone to conduct a long-term evaluative study of its Rural Enterprise Development Initiative (REDI).

Keystone facilitated the development of a learning framework and theory of change, which informed the evaluation and which REDI can now build on to plan, measure and report more effectively on how each intervention they make is contributing to changes that are essential for long term, sustainable impact.
