Lessons learned from pilots of Social Investor Performance Survey

Acumen Fund and Grassroots Business Fund recently presented their results from pilots of the Keystone Performance Survey on Social Investment at the Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE) conference “Metrics from the Ground up”. Both social investors elaborated on how they have converted feedback data to insights and then into corrective action. They used the survey data to explore the way forward jointly with their constituents through a constructive dialog. The survey also triggered several of their investees to establish feedback mechanisms with their respective beneficiaries complementing the feedback loop from investee to investor.
 
Registration for the survey is still open and we invite social investors to join the Keystone Performance Survey on Social Investment through June.
