On May 19 and 20 Grassroots Business Fund (GBF) and the Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs co-hosted the workshop "Metrics from the Ground Up" where David Bonbright offered a presentation on surveys and client feedback. A summary of the workshop can be found in the attachment.
