Our public report 2004-2009

In this section you will find our five-year report: Keystone
Accountability 2004-2009 - Constituency voice: linking the means and the ends of social change.

It is informed in part by what our constituents told us in an online survey conducted between 20 July and 10 August 2009. Click here to view and comment on the survey report.

As further background material we also publish the Keystone Results Ledger - a record of our results as described by bits of evidence that we see day-to-day in our work. The results ledger is only one element in our internal impact planning, assessment and learning (IPAL) system, but it provides a highly detailed data set that, like a pointillist painting, creates one picture of Keystone. A draft of the public report was posted on this website and an invitation to comment was sent to all survey respondents. During the two week comment period, however, we received only four comments, none of them posted directly on the website. All of them very positive, and one of them stated:

“Through this report you proved that you do appreciate the ideas and comments of your funders, clients, and partners. The request and insistence on comments clarifies and proves your caring and attention for your partners, whether they are closely or lightly related to you. Asking those who are familiar with you to choose   and settle a name is really encouraging and further illustrating your trust and respect for them.“

We continue to invite your feedback on the various parts of the report.

To make feedback easy we have included ‘comment’ sections on the bottom of each website page of the main report, as well as on the download pages for the survey report and the Results Ledger.

What do you think about the reports and the ledger? Are they honest and transparent? Does the evidence justify our claims? How can we do a better job in executing our mission to promote constituency voice?

We are looking forward to hearing from you.
